How many cards do people usually play at the bingo hall?

when playing bingo at the recreation center the announcer calls out numbers and everyone starts marking their cards. so do most people play 3 cards per person to stay at the same pace with the announcer calling the numbers? how many cards would you and people around you normally play? whats the maximum number of cards people play to increase their chances of getting bingo?

the bingo i go to. doesnt have like single cards. you buy whats called a package. and you use a sheet for the corresponding game. and theres normally 9 or 12 cards per sheet, i cant remember which…

I prefer to play 3 cards. But, it’s not uncommon to see people with 9, 12 or even more. It’s funny to watch them fly through the cards with that dobber. I figure winning bingo is a lot like the lottery. Yeah, you can buy tons of cards and increase your chances. But, if you’re lucky … you can win with just one.
