HOW do I make a bingo card?

I need to make a bingo card for my mothers company. She needs to copy many on normal computer paper. Its just boxes really. I need to know the measurements of the paper and how to make well measured boxes using photoshop. PLEASE HELP!

    There’s no standard size. They are usually 5 inches or so. I would put four of them on a letter size sheet of paper. Make a 5 x 5 grid with the word “FREE” in the center box and the letters B I N G O over each column. Just make sure the columns only contains numbers in the proper ranges. Each letter gets 15 numbers, so 1-15 for B, 16-30 for I, 31-45 for N, 46-60 for G and 61-75 for O.
