Easy to answer. The guys is obviously not Bingo the clown but he is constantly being told the contrary by the other characters and the environment is full of clown related stuff. At the end it appears that it was only a psychological experiment. Long story short, this is a short video to show how cognitive dissonance can be induced using social and media propaganda.

SERIOUS QUESTION: did anybody else get light headed from watching this. Like almost passout…..Some weird drunk guy came up to me today and told me to look it up on my iphone, then when I pressed play, the Drunk walked away and said “have a nice day”…..(Weird I KNOW) So I watched the video and started feeling a weird rush and light headed. I thought the drunk tricked me into watching some voodoo shit….It was like some shit out of a movie I swear. This is a serious question. WTF IS THIS???
